Tacsonomeg a systemateg molysgiaid, deufalfiau yn bennaf yn enwedig y rhai sy'n byw mewn cynefinoedd eithafol megis tarddleoedd methan, pyllau heli a'r dyfnfor. Yn ail, tacsonomeg deufalfiau Dwyrain Cefnfor India, Môr Arabia a'r Môr Coch. Hanes casgliadau a chasglwyr cregyn. Datblygiad offer tacsonomeg, yn bennaf gwefannau adnabod a hyfforddiant perthnasol. Ymhlith ei brojectau diweddar mae disgrifio rhywogaethau deufalf newydd o Svalbard, Papua Gini Newydd ac Antarctica; hanes casgliad cregyn Montagu a bywgraffiad o John Adams o Benfro; a chwrs hyfforddi deufalfiau yn Kerala, India.
