Receipt for £1000 for the purchase of 'Wenallt', Blaenau Ffestiniog, from Edward Jones a Sons, Solicitors.
In 1970 Oakeley Quarry closed, and William J. Williams retired as an engine driver. As a result he moved from Oakeley Quarry Cottages to a new home, 'Wennallt' where he lived until his death in 1981.
