Figure of the Sultan of Turkey, white earthenware with a blue/grey tint, crackle glaze, standing on a rectangular plinth. Dressed in black shoes, white trousers, underglaze blue coat with gilt frogging, orange belt with gilt star at waist, orange fez, face naturalistically painted, black hair, right leg forward, right hand on hip, left hand resting on light orange pillar and holding the handle of a sabre resting against the pillar.
