Navy blue covered booklet stored in a navy card case. On front of case is a white sticker upon which is prined - National Sailors & Firemen's Union of Great Britain and Ireland. Biographical details of David Jenkins inside front cover of booklet with records of contributions paid at front section. Remaining section consists of rules of the union. Additional sheet relating to overtime on foreign going vessels is also stored in case.
