Inkwell, liner and cover, bone china, with a creamy white translucency; standing on four paw feet, cylindrical, slightly flared shape, waisted and ridged at base, with a ridge below a flared collar; one large and three small circular openings at the top, the larger containing a liner with a slightly raised cover and oval finial; painted all over with single pink roses and rosebuds; gilt feet, gilt bands to base, and gilt dentil lip to the inkwell, liner, and cover; gilt finial (worn).
