Early Medieval bone comb
Composite single sided bone comb with sections of three tooth plates surviving with 28 broken off teeth. The upper plate edge has a single circular perforation and the upper edge has been cut to a zig-zag shape, decorated with oblique saw lines. The side plates are secured by 2 small iron rivets and one side plate (probably both) is decorated with an incised lattice pattern.
