Glass case
Glass case for display of a doll (.1); case made of dark brown wood: wide back panel and 3 narrower, angled panels which are glazed. The back panel and ceiling of the case is wall-papered (upper section has a pale blue floral pattern with detailing in gold and lower section is wall-papered with a more geometric pattern that resembles floral tiles) and has two sets of eye hooks with white ribbons to tie the doll in place (there is no other anchoring mechanism at the base). The upper set of eye hooks is spaced closer together (presumably to tie on the doll's neck). The ribbon attached to the upper hooks has a patterned weave. There is a brown, coarse tufted carpet on the base and the two glazed side panels are draped with cream machine lace curtains on the inside. The top is made up of sloping triangular sections which converge at a point. The back is fitted with mirror plates and hanging wire.
