Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim, cushion moulded and slightly curved spreading sides, lobed lip; painted in polychrome enamels with a central bouquet of flowers encircled by a gilt wreath, and eight flower swags around the edge and cavetto, each enclosing a single rose, over gilt c-scrolls and ribbon-tied gilt flower swags, all on a gilt dotted ground; gilt lip.
