Casgliadau Arlein

Hexagonal vase, scale blue ground reserved with large panels painted with exotic pheasant-like birds in landscapes, back and front, and with two smaller triangular panels of butterflies and other insects at the shoulders, all within rococo gilt scroll borders. Collar painted with flowers in puce camaieu within similar borders; Domed hexagonal cover, rim painted with polychrome floral band as on collar of NMW A 30068, reserved with four alternating panels of exotic birds and of butterflies etc, polychrome flower finial (resored).
