Beneath an elaborate gothic-type canopy, a keybearing St.Peter; in side niches, dext. a sword-carrying St.Paul; sin. probably St.Teilo, a primatial cross in his left hand,; in smaller niches above, two bishops, probably SS.Dyfrig and Euddogwy (all being co-patron saints of the Cathedral): beaded border; in base, under a pointed arch, the bishop in prayer to the front, mitred and vested, between two shields: dext. sword and key in saltire, LLANDAFF; sin. semee of crosslets fitchy, three talbots' heads erased, HUNDEN.
