Tobacco jar, cover and weight, hard-paste porcelain, jar standing on a foot rim, bulging sides, circular tall neck, domed cover in two steps with moulded acron finial; decorated in brown enamel, the sides of the far with five figures in a landscape, one woman with a bonnet, opposite a smaller scene with a figure seated facing away in a landscape, gilt border under lip, cover decorated to one side with two figures resting in a landscape, opposite a small detail, two sprigs in between and around acrorn, gilt border to rim and around step. Weight, circular, straight shallow sides, ring shaped finial in centre, decorated to one side with two figures in a landscape, one pointing outwards, gilt border to edge and around finial.
