Under his feet, a fox passant to dexter, between , to either side, a tree bearing a shield, dext. an eagle displayed, BEVERLEY; sin. a pall surmounted by a cross, PROVINCE OF YORK, impaling a pale lozengy, SAVAGE (for Thomas Savage, archbishop, 1501-07).
