Figure of General Pelissier on horseback, white earthenware, crackle glaze, on an irregularly shaped elongated oval base inscribed in black raised capitals. Figure in military dress, well coloured, of black boots, white breeches, yellow belt, underglaze blue high necked jacket, red and green striped sash across chest from left shoulder, yellow epaulettes with a brown fringe, black whiskers and moustache, grey hair. Seated astride a horse facing left, and resting left hand on thigh and holding a black cocked hat with a pink feather, right hand resting on lower part of horse's neck and holding a green object. Horse stepping with bent head, orange brown in colour, black mane and tail, black and green harness, orange saddle, on a green and brown base with two lumps of extruded grass one between horse's front hooves, other between back hooves, base rising to support horse under belly.
