.29 & .30 2 patrol badges: Monogram RER surrounded by shield-shape machine embroidered in light blue onto blue (.29) and dark blue (black?) (.30) felt . On badge .29, the felt ground fabric is cut away to follow the shield shape; .30 is rectangular. .29 is not lined; .30 has dark cellulosic tabby-woven fabric lining with black paper adhered to the back.
.31 First Aid Proficiency Badge (Sea Scout) (1947-1967) circular badge: dark blue ground with green inscription: BOY SCOUTS and red rod of Asclepius in centre. Brown cellulosic tabby-woven fabric lining (with stiffening finish). Edges finished with black overlocking stitches.
.32 pointed oval shape badge with fleur-de-lys, printed inscription: BOY SCOUTS; red and blue (?- now faded to yellow) print on cotton tabby ground. Thick, coarse-weave cellulosic tabby lining. Edges finished with overlocking stitches in white thread.
.33 Boy Scout Patrol Leader Beret Badge (1964-1967) oval badge with green/black tabby ground; woven white fleur-de-lys and red stars on either side. Woven inscription 'BOY SCOUTS - BE PREPARED' in red; edges finshed with black overlocking stitches. Lined with black cellulosic tabby fabric with stiffening agent.
.34 White woven inscription: 'SWIMMING CLUB - BOYS SCOUTS' on black tabby ground (ribbed weave: warp-faced weave with thin warps and thick wefts); edges finished with black overlocking stitches. Lined with black tabby stiffened fabric.
.35 black woven inscription 'CAERDYDD' with image of city hall above (woven in white, black and green) onto blue/white ground (white warps, blue wefts). Narrow black woven border. Side edges = selvages, top and bottom edges are finished with blue overlocking stitches. Lined with loose-weave white cellulosic tabby fabric. Remains of white stitching threads still around edges of badge indicating that it has once been stitched to [a uniform?].
.36 Red woven Welsh dragon (wefts) on green/black tabby ground (black warps, green wefts). Side edges = selvages; other two edges left raw
.37 + .38 UK Overseas Union Flag Badge Woven Union Jack (wefts) on white tabby ground. Lined with thick, white, coarse-weave cellulosic fabric; edges finished with white overlocking stitches.
