Jug, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a slightly greeny-yellow tinge to the glaze, standing on a rounded spreading raised foot, globular body sloping inwards at ths shoulder to a cylindrical neck, beak spout moulded with to the underside the mask of a human face, double intertwined handle with moulded flower heads and leaves to the terminals; painted in underglaze blue with around the exterior body a stylized oriental landscape showing a pagoda, rocks and trees. The foot-rim chipped, the body cracked around the handle.
