Part of a flat, rectangular ingot. At the opposite end are chisel marks indicating that a piece was cut off from here in antiquity. Joins to the larger part of the ingot 04.155/1

Nodiadau: found in the bed of a small mountain stream, a tributary of Nant-y-cafn, somewhere within an 80m length of the stream; the coordinates stated above therefore indicate only the general area of the findspot. Buried in the middle of the first century AD during the Roman conquest of Wales.
