Cup, hard-paste porcelain, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, cylindrical sides, the handle broken off and missing; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the exterior body of the cup two pieces of fruit surrounded by sprays of flowers, around the exterior upper body of the cup a wide border composed of a green ribbon entwined around a gilt line, a chocolate band and a gilt dentil band. The foot-rim of the cup very chipped. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, flaring sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a bird perched besides a piece of fruit with sprays of flowers around it, a wide border to the rim composed of a green ribbon entwined around a gilt line, a chocolate band and a gilt dentil band.
