Skillet, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a round domed foot with waved edge and fluted sides, roughly oval body with rounded curving sides, raised moulded leaves around the lower body, a scrolled rococo edge to the rim with to either end raised moulded leaves spreading down the upper section of the body from the rim, the sides of the skillet pierced with four conventional flower shapes, to one end of the body a straight tubular spout with fluting around the lower section and a pierced hole to either side; the interior and exterior of the sjillet finely painted in polychrome enamels with scattered sprigs of naturalistic flowers and the occasional insect, the foot and the moulded leaves around the lower body picked out in puce, the exterior sides of the pierced flower shapes edged in red, blue and yellow, the spout and the moulded leaves to the upper body picked out in blue. The foot and spout both broken and repaired, the foot-rim chipped.
