Plate, soft-paste porcelain, circular shape with rounded foot-rim, cushion-moulded sides and spreading rim; painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a single spray of flowers and foliage, to the rim a looping blue ribbon interlacing with festoons of flowers and foliage, a gilt dentil edge to the rim.
