Casgliadau Arlein

Mug, hard-paste porcelain, cylindrical with straight sides, flat base, one loop handle formed from two interlacing cables; the handle is moulded with horizontal lines, the rim is painted with a gold flower diaper pattern against a pink ground below which is a border of raised green dots outlined in gold and a triple border of three parallel waved lines of purple dots, the base is decorated with a border of raised green dots outlined in gold, the body is painted with purple and gold flower sprays and red and gold flower sprigs.
