Printed in black ink on pale blue paper with details handwritten in black ink. Contains one six pence stamp on the second page. Agreement for the purchase of freehold property No.2 Belle Vue, Cwmbran (written on the agreement as No.1 Belle Vue, but there is a handwritten note at the top of the page stating that it should be No.2). Purchased by Mr James Jones from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited. Dated 4th October 1921.
