Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, cup, hemispherical with floriate C-scroll handle; painted in polychrome enamels with an exotic bird in red, blue, yellow, brown and puce standing on a pile of stones, a branch with foliage and nuts issuing to right, and another with red and yellow pods to left, gilt line to lip and gilding to handle, green `ermine tail' painted inside. Saucer standing on a shallow footring, spreading sides; painted with a long-tailed exotic bird in a similar palette seated on a branch issuing from a pile of stones amid polychrome flowers and foliage, gilt line to rim.
