Evacuated from London to Bangor during the Second World War. Talk about London during the war, the blitz in particular, evacuation to Bangor, Bangor’s wartime Jewish community, Jewish life in north Wales, father’s delicatessen business in Bangor, settling in Bangor after the war, moving away when they went to university, their fondness of Bangor and return visits made.
