Casgliadau Arlein

Robinson, David & Co. timber yard at East Tyndall Street, Roath, Cardiff. Two photographs in same card mount. One shows timber sheds in stockyard stacked with tongue and groove, with Cardiff Railway Co. wagons loaded. The other shows a similar view, but foreground includes the access round and boundary fence. Seen from the boundary wall of the Dowlais/East Moors steelworks. The last remains of the once extensive timberyard at East Tyndall St., finally disappeared after many years of dereliction, in 1991.
