Blue paper booklet, published by HM Stationery Office 1948, with title 'Machinery Attendant's Leaflet' in white letters below which black and white image of male worker using machinery with six pages of guidelines for machine operators with a black and white image on each page. Certificate appointing Assistant Foreman S.L. Blakoe as Machinery Attendant glued to first two pages.
