Casgliadau Arlein

Swatches of tweed held in card top which is covered in red imitation leather (coated fabric) and has printed inscription in gold. Each fabric has small self-adhesive label on reverse with specifications of type and width.

Red card top has red rope attachment for hanging (cellulosic core covered with silk? fibre). The rope is fed through 2 copper alloy grommets which are set into the card and probably is held in place with knots on the inside.
