Comb-back Windsor type armchair; spindles, seat and bow section all of ash; bowed section in one piece, chamfered on both corners; remnants of polychrome finish (black with yellow stringing) in tram-line form with corner embellishment on front and back of chair; turned H-stretcher and shaped cresting rail to comb. Possibly English due to location of legs and shape of comb.
