One of the smaller Staffordshire manufacturers who started by producing relatively inexpensive earthenwares before adding porcelains to his output. The basic shapes of Bourne-made porcelains are lifted from Spode forms.)
Dish, bone china, circular with a shaped waved edge and a side handle in the shape of a shell, footring; painted with rose sprays and blue flower sprays, the edge is gilded.
