Armchair typical of the Regency style (1800-1830), made of mahogany with scrolled arms and decorative reeding within the woodwork. It originates from Glansevern Hall, Montgomeryshire built for Arthur Davies Owen in the early 1800s.
Regency mahogany armchair with scrolled arms and sabre legs; the horizontal splat is a double rail enclosing 3 balls; leading edges all reeded.
