Circular plate with indented edge, gilt ornamental gold border with scrolling anthemions between gilt bands at rim edge and egde of flange. At the centre four sea shells on a wooden horizontal surface with a chocolate brown background painted in polychrome enamels. Wide gilt band around the side of the cavetto.
