Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a flared foot rim curving into cushion moulded and straight spreading sides; edge moulded with trailing flowers on a light underglaze blue ground, banded by gilt lines; painted in polychrome enamels with a central circular panel of flowers lying on a pedestal, with a dark brown background, bordered by a gilt band and line.
