CINDERELLA (Outward Bound With Smack) (painting)

Rogers, Terry F.J. (Born in 1922, Newport. Served in the Royal Navy on the Atlantic & Arctic convoys during the Second World War. After war became a painter and decorator. Gave that up in the mid 1970s due to illness and became an artist. At first painting ships he was familiar with, especially Newport ships, and later moving onto sailing vessels.)

Reference the two paintings of the ship Cinderella painted by J Rogers. I am in Maryborough ,Queensland, Australia and would like permission to use a copy of either painting for the cover of a book Imam writing regarding the voyage of the Shakespeare to Maryborough in 1872. The ashskespear was bought by Slomsn and Co and renamed the ?Shakespeare. This is the only painting of the Cinderella I can find and there is no photo or painting of the Shakespeare. It would make the book more precious to descendants of the passengers on the original voyage to see what the ship looked like,
Would there be any fees to use either of the paintings
