Black print on cream paper with hand written details in black ink. Certificate of discharge belonging to Nicholas Flanagan, dated 6 July 1887 in Whitby, place of discharge - Waterford. n.b. The cover/book that contained the documents has not been accessioned. (Black cover with 'Certificates of Discharge' imprinted in gold). There is a metal split pin on the left hand side that used to secure the certificates in place.
