Fragments of painted wall plaster from Building VIIB: dark red, lighter red, two dark yellow, light yellow with darker band, pink and buff with 16mm red band bearing cross-strokes in a darker red.

Nodiadau: Field adjoins the south-west side of the legionary fortress : 'A' material is from Courtyard House (Civil Settlement). Context: from Building VIIB. These 6 fragments came from the same spot as 56.214A/34.18 but in debris below the uppermost concrete floor, upon which this fragment is rested. They are thus of the earlier period than the fragments noted previously (13-14)
