Tea bowl and saucer
Tea bowl, pearlware with a slight blue tinge to the glaze, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; transfer-printed in underglaze blue with around the exterior sides the 'Queen Charlotte lily' pattern, a repeating pattern of stylized lilies and scrolling foliage, a further sprig of this pattern to the interior bottom of the bowl, blue bands around the lip-rim. Saucer, pearlware with a slight blue tinge to the glaze, short cylindrical foot-rim and curving sides; transfer-printed in underglaze blue with around the sides of the well the 'Queen Charlotte lily' pattern as on the tea bowl, a further sprig of this pattern to the centre of the well, blue bands around the edge of the well and the rim.
