Early Medieval human remains
These are poorly preserved remains from the inhumation burial of an older child (7-11 years). Their are a large amount of cranial and mandible fragments from the individual's skull and vertebra. Apart from them all there are just heavily fragmented and unidentifiable bones from the areas of the right arm and thorax.
The burial is from Phase C: 401-659 AD
They were buried in a supine position in a simple grave oriented West-East
This individual's teeth showed signs of calculus, which is caused by a sugary high carbohydrate diet and poor dental hygiene.
