Square unfinished sampler, in later frame. Embroidered in coloured wools on loosely woven canvas; border of acorns in green, red and blue; motifs of plant pots, peacocks, a chicken and bird seated in tree; with some purple unformed embroidery of a later date; inscribed with verse and name.
