ECM: Llantwit Major; Houelt Cross (replica)
Monolithic, with solid quadrate wheel-head and splayed shaft. The head is damaged and fractured in two pieces; the lower edges and angle-mouldings of the shaft are likewise mostly fractured away. The cross is decorated on both faces (and possibly also originally on the edges) with carved patterns in low relief.

Nodiadau: the original stone was first recorded as lying in the churchyard, but possibly not in its original location. Now preserved in the church at the west end of the nave.
