Casgliadau Arlein

Plate, earthenware, oblong in shape with inset base, curved sides and spreading rim, rim curves at the corners, moulded scrolls and floral wreathes to the rim; painted in maroon and gilt with exotic peacock-like birds at their nest amongst sprays of leaves, six sprays of leaves to the rim, the same decoration of birds at their nest to the exterior sides of the dish, a gilt band to the rim.
