Swatches of tweed bound inside a rectangular shaped book covered in beige imitation leather (coated fabric). The front cover is decorated with a shiny red printed inscription, which reads 'AYR & OBAN 1969 SUITINGS FOR TOWN AND COUNTRY TAILORED BY PARK ROW FOR J.T.MORGAN & CO. (SWANSEA) LTD' There is also an image of the symbol for an atom alos in red ink. The left sides of the swatches appear to have been embedded in adhesive. On the end of the binding is a hanging loop made from yellow twisted rope.
A handwritten table with notes about the fabrics has been taped to the inside front cover. The swatches are in 2 seperate blocks one labelled AYR the other OBAN. Each fabric has a rectangular shaped white paper label adhered to the upper right corner, each has the brand, number, typed of wool and the weight. The first swatch also has a woven label adhered to it as you would expect to see on a finished item
The swatches consist of various patterns in various colours and pinked edges on three sides.
