Teapot and cover
Teapot and cover, silver shape press moulded, raised strap handle and spout. Greyish white porcelain, with a greenish tinted glaze. Mould lines on spout, handle and body. Enamelled and gilded band of decoration under shoulder of puce enamel roses alternating with gilt cornflower heads, each swag separated by a gilt dot from which a gilt spray of leaves hangs vertically. Gilt dots and sprigs on spout and handle, sprays of gilt flowers on shoulder and cover, gilt waisted tear finial, gilt edged base, shoulder, handle,spout, rim and cover edge.
