Tea bowl and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, tea bowl standing on a foot rim, rounded sides tapered inwards at base; decorated on one side with an exotic bird with a purple body and an orange beak on a rock, opposite a yellow and orange flower sprig, border of gilt lines with intertwining purple festoons and three large green ribbons below lip. Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, decorated in the centre with an exotic bird with a purple body and orange and yellow wings perching in a tree, rocks in foreground, surrounded by a border of gilt lines with intertwining purple festoons and three large green ribbons.
