Jug and cover, hard-paste porcelain, stainding on a foot rim, pear-shaped, folded spout, double c-scroll handle, domed cover with spherical finial, sides lobed; decorated in blue enamel and gilt, elaborated border to neck, blue garlands of leaves creating wreath shapes with stylised gilt decoration in centre, diagonal gilt lines above, with border to gilt foliage above and below, gilding to handle and spout, gilt border to foot rim, cover decorated with a border of the same elaborate design, gilding to finial, gilt border to rim.
