hunting coat of the Llangibby hunt, Monmouthshire; tail coat of scarlet woollen fabric with red silk twill lapels/lining and green wool collar and cuffs. The gold-coloured buttons are cast with the letters Ll. H.; three buttons down either side of centre front (for decoration, not for fastening), two at each cuff and two above coat tails; sleeves lined with cream silk twill; inner pocket at proper left side lined with white cotton tabby; further pocket in proper left tail (probably to be used to keep gloves), also lined with white cotton tabby.
