Sugar bowl, oval, hybrid-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim, with curved sides and concave curved collar; two grotesque masks either side formed by an acanthus leaf with eyes and holding a ring in its mouth; transfer printed in monochrome black on both sides with the same view, - a shepherd with six sheep talking to a couple, with a country house in the distance; thin black line to the collar, black lip, and black detail to the moulded masks.
