Marie Therese Hughes and a maid or nurse (holding the family dog, Tony) sitting on the wall outside Dinorwig Quarry Hospital. Marie Therese married Mr Griffith Samuel Hughes in 1923, and they lived as caretakers in Dinorwig Quarry Hospital until Mr Hughes' death in 1962.
