Plate, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain; standing on a deep foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; painted in enamel with an Empire-style border pattern of continuous scrolling leaves in green and iron red, with gilt stems bearing pink and blue convolvulus flowers; gilt band to the lip, and a circular band in the centre.
