Casgliadau Arlein

Small white envelope, with the crest of the Liverpool Corporation Water Works on the flap. Constructed from a single piece of paper. Plain white with a chequered blue pattern on the internal surface. The envelope has an unused gum seal on the flap. There is a printed crest in black ink, centre top on the external surface of the flap.
