Roman copper alloy bell
Complete bell with sub-rectangular cross-sectioned mouth, tapering towards a domed top. There are the usual small knobs at each of the rounded corners of the mouth, and the suspension loop has an angular outline pierced with a rounded hole. The roughly club-shaped iron clapper is suspended from the internal loop.
