Plate, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain; standing on a foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; painted with a wide gilt border of large gilt medallions with pale blue shaded centres, on a bed of gilt leaves within lozenge shapes; gilt band and border of swags to the cavetto; gilt leaf rosette in the centre with a pale blue shaded centre.
